| Responsibilities :
You are responsible for managing client projects end-to-end, from intake meetings to determine their needs, through to pre-audit and full audit projects, thereby building a relationship of trust with clients that are mainly multinationals or major Belgian companies.
Principal accountabilities for this position are:
•Visit clients in order to identify their needs, understand how they function and what needs to be measured
•Explain such clients how Tam Tam functions and the different services that the company offers, and advice them on the best available option for them
•Perform audits whereby the Business Intelligence Department does all data entry, Analysts do reporting and generic auditing topics and the Consultant general project management (with internal and external stakeholders), quality control of all produced internal output, additional specific analysis and synthesis, thereby using the in-house developed system TRACE and own Telecom and market expertise
•Prepare the presentations for the client, thereby emphasizing their Return-on-Investment
•Perform audits using Trace, present audit findings to the clients and advise on the actions to be taken in order to reap full advantage of these findings
•Upon client request, assist with the implementation of action from the audit, including the writing of RFPs and supplier analyses
•Continuously follow-up clients to identify new optimization opportunities and propose additional projects and/or services accordingly
Your Profile:
•At least Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience
•Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a techno-commercial role (bid management, pre-sales, project- or service management) within the telecommunications environment as well as passion for the sector
•IT skills: Word, Outlook and Excel (for queries and pivot tables), experience with Business Intelligence tools is an asset (Cognos, Business Objects,...)
•Languages: Fluent in English, good knowledge of Dutch and French are an asset

•Precise and quality driven in processing data and numbers in order to obtain the correct findings

•Assertive and proactive, takes initiatives and dares to ask the right questions and confront when necessary to deliver the best output
•Autonomous and integer to manage his/her own time in a correct and optimal manner
•Open, no-nonsense, hands-on and pragmatic
•Flexible and stress resistant, can handle multiple projects simultaneously
•Team player who is able to work closely with colleagues
•Well-organized and a good planner, works in a structured, rigorous and quality manner and is able to understand- and set priorities to ensure that deliverables are on-time and within stated requirements
