Functie
As Process Engineer your key responsibilities will be:
· Develop & execute Technical solutions and process development in support of new business needs
· Scrap and waste - cost reduction programmes
· Productivity - quality improvement programs.
· Introduction of small process improvement programs in general, using MOC
· Execution of Process improvement projects, a team member or leader: Definition of user specs new installations & validation / commissioning process capability (OQ, PQ)
· Development of risk analysis of new processes (eg FMEA)
· Establishement of production procedures as and when required.
· Support of the QA&S department for complaints.
Ideale persoon
The ideal candidate:
* Will be educated to electro or mechanical engineer or equal through experience.
* Will have at least 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role. Experience in a medical/clean room industry is a plus.
* Will have knowledge of lean and six sigma tools, preferably at black belt level.
* Will posses strong coordination and communication skills.
