Intro
An opportunity has arisen for a Regional Marketing & Sales Manager BELUX to work on a market leading range of training services in Project Management and IT Service Management. QRP MMI runs a large range of training courses in Project Management and IT Service Management field, including both training and consultancy in worldwide recognized theoretical practices throughout Europe and in the rest of the world. The role is to coordinate and participate in a variety of activities associated with the sales, marketing and delivery of QRPs services in Belgium and Luxembourg. QRP has launched its service in BELUX in 2007 and needs the support of a Regional Marketing & Sales manager to support the growth. QRP MMI is a fast growing small company, with a dynamic, young and results driven atmosphere.
After a Internal Training Period of 3/4 weeks at the headoffice in Como, Italy the manager will work from our new office in Belgium. Partly work may be done from a home office.

Reporting to

Contract
A 12 month contract including a yearly Bonus
Starting April 2010 or as soon as possible
A 3month trial period
Education
Marketing or Business Studies Degree (just graduated or to be graduated) or any other university or equivalent level education with marketing included.
Work Experience:
Position would ideally suit a university business graduate with 1-3 years work experience in marketing & sales of professional services.
Sales experience is a plus
Basic Administrative experience
Experience in organising marketing events
Skills
Excellent communication skills
Result driven
Being able to work independently
Good computer skills (word, excel)
Fluent or very good French and Flemish in speaking and writing is a requirement.
Desirable: Administration/Marketing experience, good English speaking.
Abilities:
The position is ideal for a results driven independent, self-motivated individual who is comfortable with challenging sales targets in an international work environment.
Personality:
An enthusiastic self driven internationally oriented person is required with excellent communication skills, highly motivated and results driven, dynamic and flexible.
Administration/Marketing assistant responsibilities will include:
Set up local office and company
Management local website, organize mailings
Sales activities (phone, mail, meeting)
Client presentations
Organisation of marketing events
Presence at fairs and and conferences
Assistance of Country Manager France in marketing activities in french speaking countries.
Coordination of course programs and preparation of material
Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
