Intro
An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing/Sales Assistant to work on a market leading range of training services in Project Management and IT Service Management. QRP MMI runs a large range of training courses in Project Management and IT Service Management field, including both training and consultancy in worldwide recognized theoretical practices throughout Europe and in the rest of the world. The role is to coordinate and participate in a variety of activities associated with the sales, marketing and delivery of QRPs services in Belgium and Luxembourg. QRP has launched its service in BELUX in 2007 and needs the support of a Marketing & Sales assistent to support our growth. QRP MMI is a fast growing small company, with a dynamic, young and result-driven atmosphere.
After a Stage Period of 3/4 months there will be an opportunity to become Country Manager for QRP MMI Belgium. Work is to be performed from QRPs European headquarters in Como, Italy.

Marketing/Sales Assistant (age 22-28 year )
Reporting to
QRP MMI Operational Manager
Contract
3/4 months based on monthly reimbursement of expenses to be agreed
starting April 2010 or as soon as possible
based in Como, Italy (with potential relocation to Belgium).
The trial period has the objective to offer a full time job if the result is satisfactory.
Education
Marketing or Business Studies Degree (recently graduated or to be graduated) or any other university or equivalent level education with marketing included.
Work Experience:
Position would suit a recent graduate looking to embark on a career within marketing & sales.
Any Sales experience is a plus
Basic Administrative experience Skills
Excellent communication skills
Result driven
Being able to work independently
Good computer skills (word, excel)
Fluent or very good French and Flemish in speaking and writing is a requirement.
Desirable: Administration/Marketing experience, good English speaking. Italian speaking is a plus but not a must.
Abilities:
The position is ideal for a result-driven creative individual who is comfortable in dealing with multiple projects in a demanding deadline driven environment.
Personality:
An enthusiastic self driven internationally oriented person is required with excellent communication skills, highly motivated and result-driven, dynamic and flexible.
Administration/Marketing assistant responsibilities will include:
Set up local office and company
Management local website, organize mailings
Sales activities (phone, mail, meeting)
Internet research projects
Organisation of marketing events
Assistance at various business trips to Belgium
Assistance of Country Manager France in marketing activities in french speaking countries.
Coordination of course programs and preparation of material
Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management and other applications.
